Program Overview

The Cypress Christian School Baseball program is in its eighth year in TAPPS, and in those eight years, the program has made a mark that is respected throughout the state of Texas. The baseball program has been in the playoffs six of those years and has been the outright District Champions or shared the title four out of those eight years. Throughout the eight years, the program has been ranked consistently in the State Top 10. The program has advanced to the TAPPS Regional Finals three times (‘04, ‘05, ‘06) and advanced to the TAPPS State Tournament in ‘04. In eight years, the program has produced 44 All-District players and 15 All-State players. We compete with the best and most respected programs in the state of Texas.

The Warrior baseball program is also providing our young men with the opportunity to play at the next level. The program has produced nine players who have been offered baseball scholarships. Division I to NAIA level programs have been impressed with our student athletes’ ability to perform not only on the field but also in the classroom. From Grambling to UT-Brownsville, our student athletes can compete at the highest levels. The program has also produced one player drafted into the Major League Baseball Draft.
