Marilyn Eichelberger has a bachelor of fine arts degree from the Metropolitan State University of Denver with an emphasis in sculpture and a master of arts in teaching from the University of Arkansas at Monticello. Prior to teaching at CCS, she taught art at private Christian schools in Arkansas and Virginia. She has taught middle school art as well as Art I, II, III, IV and AP with most students’ portfolios receiving college credit. Throughout her time as a teacher, Marilyn has been a practicing artist with a home studio where she has created and sold multimedia paintings. She and her family moved to the Houston area from Richmond, Virginia in 2023. Marilyn’s passion is to help students grow as artists, both creatively and technically, as well as in their relationship with the Lord.
